“Plounz” is the brand name that BC Card came up with to launch a new online-based member service, in cooperation with CJ Entertainment, for cultural events such as concerts and other performances.
Once the card member signs up for the Plounz website, they will receive discounts on all performance tickets with no reservation charge. In addition, they will be given 1 percent of the purchase amount as BC Top points. For certain days such as a birthday or wedding anniversary the member can enjoy special discounts. In some cases, they can get exclusive offers to enjoy shows with an admission charge of only 10,000 won. Every Wednesday between 11 am and 5 pm, the card member can receive up to a 50 percent discount on tickets to selected matinee specials.
One of the attractions of the Plounz service is that it provides the best seats for popular performances. From the easy-to-use website, members can get everything from seat reservations to concert information.
