On the 18th, BC Card(CEO Lee, Gang-tae, www.bccard.com) revealed that it was ranked 1st for 5 consecutive years in the category of credit card by NCSI(National Customer Satisfaction Index) survey in 2012.
NCSI(National Customer Satisfaction Index) is the quantified index based on the evaluation of the degree of satisfaction by customers with products or service that are made available for both international and domestic sale.
A total of 24 countries worldwide including Korea and the US have conducted the NCSI survey annually and released the result of the survey developed by University of Michigan in collaboration with Korea Productivity Center.
Since 2009, BC has been ranked top in the category of credit card for 5 consecutive years. It was evaluated to excel in the activities of providing C/S(Customer Service) in the entire company, the provision of differentiated service and various products, and the development of continual social contribution, etc.
In an effort to retain CS fulfilling activities in the entire company, BC Card is currently operating CS committee for discussing the plans to cope with the complaints from customers in a timely manner and to make decisions about quality control in service. The suggestions and ideas from customers are archived into the independent database for future use through the corner of ‘Imagination of Customers’ on the company’s intranet.
Lee, Gang-tae, CEO of BC Card, mentioned that "since the improvement of tasks from the perspective of customers through communication with them is important to favorable response, we will strive to develop products and services from their viewpoints.” He also added that in order for customers to make a payment in more convenient environment, the company will concentrate on providing differentiated service even in the area of mobile application, one of their strengths.
