Title BC Card has been awarded a prize in the category of credit card for 7 consecutive years by NCSI (National Customer Satisfaction Index) by 2014 Date 2014.12.09

On the 9th Dec 2014, BC Card(CEO Suh, Joon-Hee, www.bccard.com) revealed that in the ceremony hosted by Korea Productivity Center for certifying National Customer Satisfaction Index in 2014, it had been awarded for 7 consecutive years in the area of Credit Card for the first time in the industry.

 

NCSI (National Customer Satisfaction Index) is an index for estimating the customers’ satisfaction that has been developed and released by Korea Productivity Center and University of Michigan in their partnership. It is a model that can quantify and estimate the degree of satisfaction that comes from products and services that have been made available in Korea and overseas.

 

More than 30 countries around the world, including USA and Korea, have used this index every year to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of customers for all the respective firms and groups. And it has been appreciated for its official credibility in estimating the customers’ satisfaction.

 

BC Card has been well prepared for the process to reflect the derived results on the actual tasks from what needs to be improved in all kinds of services from the perspective of customers. Especially, it is 9 years since the introduction of ‘Customer Panel System’ in 2008, which immediately handles and solves the complaints from customers by hearing VOC(Voice Of Customer) on the spot without any adjustments.

  

Also, it is developing a variety of activities for providing the highest value to the customers in Korea and foreign countries. Such activities include ▲ the export of financial processing to overseas for the first time in Korea thanks to the capacity of customer service accredited in Korea and ▲ the improvement of ARS in call centers by employing the application of the cutting-edge technology reflecting the customers’ convenience, etc.

 

As a result of efforts to enhance customers’ satisfaction, BC Card has been evaluated to be excellent in the category of customers’ recognized values and qualities in NCSI test. Moreover, compared to last year, BC received a significantly better evaluation in the category of customers’ recognized values.

 

As a vice-president in charge of risk management, Seo, Man-ho handles CSV. He mentioned that "I would like to give the whole-hearted thanks to all the members who have showed their unchanging trust to BC Card until it has been ranked 1st in the category of credit card by NCSI test."
