BC Card (President and CEO, Joon Hee Suh, www.bccard.com) has been awarded first place in credit card company sector in the 15th Korea First Brand Awards.

Korea First Brand Awards is a customer satisfaction research based on ACSI (Consumer Satisfaction Index) model developed by Korea Consumer Brand Committee and Korea Consumer Forum.

The ceremony of the 15th First Brand Awards was held in Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul and was attended by industry´s top companies, including BC Card.

BC Card was awarded first place for its achievements in customer satisfaction activities including ▲ launching diverse card products for consumers and corporates (“Boo-ja-dwae-sae-yo (Be Wealthy)” card series) ▲ launching annual marketing campaign (BC on a Red Day) ▲ launching brand campaigns (Do it now, BC) ▲ fostering green consumption life, and so on.

Mr. Seog Jin Choi of BC Card´s Communication Department has stated in the ceremony, “I believe BC Card’s diverse approaches to consumers via differentiated products and services have increased brand awareness and satisfaction level of BC Card among customers.
