Big Data analysis using robot technology and AI will lead the fourth industrial revolution
BC Card (President and CEO Jong Jin Chae, www.bccard.com) has announced the launch of “New Commercial Analysis Service” that will innovatively reduce time and cost of producing reports by using robotics and AI. “New Commercial Analysis Service” is characterized by its ability to use robot technology and AI to generate reports with just a few clicks, unlike the existing commercial analysis reports which contain man-made data insights, graphs and chart insertions. Insight derived from data analysis is completed with final report by a professional researcher, and Machine Learning¹ technology is introduced to improve the reliability of the report by constantly updating the changed contents through AI. This allows BC Card to significantly reduce the resources needed to create existing business analysis reports and to provide high quality data analysis reports to a large number of companies and merchants at a lower price. BC Card plans to utilize the results of data analysis to enhance its processing business and service personalization. Through this, BC Card plans to create an environment in which data is freely exchanged, the core momentum of the Fourth Industrial Revolution². BC Card also plans to prepare for the upcoming industrial revolution by volunteering to provide data to start-up companies that have both ideas and technologies. To launch ‘New Commercial Analysis Service’, BC Card has partnered with a startup in January. BC Card plans to provide the service to companies and franchisees starting from June and expand the scope of analysis services to other business sectors as well. Jin Cheol Kim, Director of Marketing, said, “By popularizing ‘big data based analysis report’, we can expect to improve productivity and provide reasonable services to a large number of customers. BC Card will prepare for the forthcoming fourth industrial revolution through various strategies.” ¹Machine Learning : One of the AI research fields is the technology that realizes functions such as human learning ability on computers (excerpt from Naver) ²Fourth Industrial Revolution : Next-Generation industrial revolution consisting of AI, robotics, life sciences and Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) |
