BC Card leads digital payments with customers
BC Card (Mun-whan Lee, President and CEO, www.bccard.com) selected the 14th customer panel and accelerated its customer-oriented digital payment service. President and CEO Mun-whan Lee and affiliated people attended the launching ceremony of the 14th 'BC Navigator', BC card customer panel, at 3 PM on March 5 at BC Card's headquarters office in Seocho-dong. The newly selected customer panel of the 14th 'BC Navigator' is consisted of 16 ordinary citizens including university students, housewives and office workers. BC Card, for particularly with the 14th customer panel, expanded the proportion of 2030 generation who are proficient in the latest trends and digital payment services by 40% compared to the previous year. This is the company’s plan to enhance BC Card’s digital payment platform, including the 'BC Paybooc QR Payment' service – based on customer perspectives. They will experience BC Card products and digital payment platform for 10 months from March 1 to December 31 and derive ideas from customer perspectives. They will also participate in promoting BC Card through Social Network Service (SNS).
