BC Card (CEO Lee Dong-myun) made an announcement on the 27th that it has released benefit platform "My Select" that allows customers to choose and subscribe to the benefits they need and two types of mobile-only credit card, "Be Digital".

From now on, BC Card customers will be able to select up to two of the eight concept of benefits, including shopping, dining out and delivery, digital, travel and culture, through the "My Select" platform in their comprehensive financial platform paybooc app. The selected benefit is applicable for a subscription fee of 1,900 won to 3,900 won every three months.

My Select is characterized by an additional three-month benefit that is separate from the existing benefit of the card product itself if the previous month usage of the BC credit card is met. It is also more effective because customers themselves can choose benefits that fit their consumption patterns.

BC Card first plans to make the My Select platform available to two mobile-only credit card products, "Be Digital", launched on the same day, and will gradually expand the coverage to other BC credit card products.

Be Digital Card is a mobile-only credit card that can be only issued through the paybooc app without tangible card plate. Targeting customers in their 20s and 30s who are familiar with the digital environment, there are two types, 'BD001' and 'BD720'.

First of all, the "Be Digital BD001" card offers a 1,000 won discount for the online mall sector every month regardless of the previous month's usage with a low annual fee of 1,000 won. BD001's "1" implies a card focused on one practical benefit.

The second 'Be Digital BD720' card is optimized for digital lifestyle with 7% discount for online shopping and 20% discount for Starbucks "Siren Orders". BD720's '720' refers to the discount rate for each benefit offered by the card.

Meanwhile, Be Digital Card can be issued as a domestic exclusive (BC) or UnionPay (UPI) brand. Upon issuance, it will be registered in the paybooc app immediately and can be used through various simple payment functions such as QR code, NFC, and PIN (password).
