BC Card and K-Bank Collaborate…Launch 'Simple Card' with Powerful Benefits
"Find the product that the customer wants altogether." BC Card and K-Bank launched their first collaboration product. It is noting that it focuses on fundamental financial benefits through analysis of customer data from both companies. K-bank is the first internet-only commercial bank in South Korea and became BC Card's subsidiary from May 2020. BC Card (CEO Choi Won-seok) and K-Bank (CEO Seo Ho-sung) announced on the 29th that they will release K-Bank SIMPLE Card, BC Card's first Private-labelled Credit Card(PLCC). Customers who use BC Card and K-Bank for the first time can also apply the card immediately through the full non-face-to-face process from issuing cards to opening bank accounts with the K-Bank application. Benefit of the card is also simple and powerful. Billing discounts up to 1.5% for all major domestic and foreign franchises are provided without any condition such as previous month's performance and discount limits. The discount range is top-rated benefit among the credit card products in South Korea. Deposit and withdrawal transactions for K-Bank able trough ATMs in GS25 convenience stores are provided with free of charge. "K-Bank SIMPLE Card is the first product released through collaboration among KT Group's financial subsidiaries," said Park Sang-beom, head of Card Business Division.
