Membership Service is designed to provide both internal and external channels to our member banks as well as to reinforce and protect the BC Card brand on be half of member banks. We provide a common platform to our member banks to maximize their value with minimal effort caused by sharing the platform.

    BC Card executes advertising, promotions and PR activities in order to achieve the strategic objective of maximized value for shared brand. We also monitor customers’ satisfaction index regarding all services offered under BC Card brand.

Joint Promotion Service

  • We lead joint promotions for member banks’ marketing activities under the BC Card brand. Such consolidated effort creates difference in market and cultivate maximized results.
    BC Card develops and executes various types of promotions according to pre-set marketing plan or as needed to cope with rapid changes in market. Results from post-activity evaluations are shared among member banks.

Committee Support Service

  • BC Card runs a joint committee to address all operational issues and represent the interest of member banks when communicating with external parties.
    We provide support for all committee meetings (regular/irregular) in order to facilitate effective communication between members to achieve common strategic goal. We ensure all our member banks are on the same page and have same voice when dealing with changed market condition.
